If damage is done to your vehicle as a result of work done through Auto Glass Now, you will not be contacted and your issue will not be resolved, at least that was my experience. I had an issue with a windshield replacement. I contacted various resources in the company no less than 8 times hoping for a resolution. Only once did I received a (email) reply which said they would look into it. This was over a course of 3 months. No response. I should have done more research first. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. And the employee reviews for this company show a perpetual lack of concern for the customer. While I thought it was going to cost me less to get my windshield replaced here, it will cost me much more in the long run.

I can’t recommend strongly enough to find a different company for these types of services.

I had an appointment at 11 to get my windshield repaired and they got the job done by 1126. Very efficient and friendly staff. They also replaced one of my windshield wipers for free and are more affordable than other places. Would absolutely recommend!

After poor service several times from another auto glass company, I decided to try Auto Glass Now. I was impressed by the professionalism and care taken do do the job correctly. Things done correctly where other auto glass companies failed me. 1. The. Correct windshield was used. 2. My car was not scratched or damaged during the repair. My car interior was cleaned after repair was completed. 3. Good explanation of problems encountered during repair, and how they solved them. I will no longer shop around for auto glass repair.

Fast courteous service. My appointment was at 2pm pulled up they took my car right back.took less than 1 hour to put the window in.

After the drivers side window of my car shattered, I called around and got quotes from a dozen places in the Dayton area. All of the quotes I got were between $285-$350. I called auto glass now last, and they quoted me $160! I thought it was to good to be true but set an appt anyways. As soon as I pulled in, the mechanic greeted me at my car and immidiately got to work. He even found a broken piece of my window regulator and explained everything he was doing to me and told me I could buy the part later and bring it back for him to install. And I did indeed only pay $166 and was in and out in 25 minutes. AWESOME SERVICE! would give more than 5 starts if I could :)

I had major damage to my windshield, and was recommended to call Auto Glass Now by a person who worked with insurance repair claims. Not only were they able to service my car 3 days sooner than another recommended company, they were over $100 cheaper for the same windshield replacement. Would very much recommend their service.
