K9 Country Club provides the Yakima Valley with the finest in overnight boarding and doggie daycare. At K9 Country Club, our mission is to provide the finest boarding and daycare for dogs in the Yakima area. K9 Country Club's owner and operator, Laurie Mosher, is a licensed veterinary technician with more than 25 years of pet care and boarding experience. Laurie is well-known throughout the Yakima Valley for her compassionate animal care. The Little Dog Room houses seven suites and is designed for small- to medium-size dogs. Each private suite measures 5'x 5' inside with a 5' x 5' outdoor enclosure accessible by a private doggie door. All outdoor portions of the suites feature pea gravel on the ground and are covered overhead so the area stays clean, dry and shaded. During extreme temperatures, each doggie door is fitted with a fabric cover to maintain a comfortable temperature indoors. The Big Dog Room houses nine suites and is designed for medium to large dogs. Each private suite measures 4'x8' inside with a 4'x10' outdoor enclosure accessible by a private doggie door. These outdoor portions are the same as the little dog areas with pea gravel footing and overhead cover. The doggie doors are the same as well and are fitted with a cover to maintain a comfortable temperature. All overnight guests enjoy doggie daycare at no additional cost. All dogs coming to K9 are pre-screened for sociability with other dogs during a 1/2 day evaluation process.
