They promised that they would give him his blanket and toys while he was there for 10 days. They did not do so. We paid extra for grooming and he looked exactly the same as when we dropped him off. His nails we'rent even trimmed. I questioned if we were charged for a grooming service that wasn't performed. Our dog also lost a huge amount of weight and was returned to us hungry and thirsty. He was shaking when we picked him up and he generally loves everyone, is laid back and is playful. I will never take my dog back here ever again., or highly recommended because
