Do not patronize this business!!! I went to pick up two items after dropping them off to be cleaned. It had been 6 months. The woman behind the counter came back with two items, one of which did not belong to me. I told her this and she said "it's been a long time" and "are you sure it's not your husband's?"!!! She then phoned "someone" who, after a few moments of conversation between them, asked to speak to me. He asked if I knew the brand name (I did not) and if I HAD A PICTURE OF IT! ( I did not). He told me to write a description of it and they'd call me. A week later, I had not heard anything and so, stopped in. I encountered the same scene,complete with phone call to "someone". This time though, after saying "it's been a long time" he added "after 2 months it belongs to the store"!!! When I asked how this would have been handled if the time period had been shorter, he said "I'm not going to argue with you-take me to court" So much worse for his business, is what I've done here!
