I sent a Christmas package to wrong address and supervisor by tracking # put on hold at PO so my daughter could pickup rather than chancing loss or return and miss Christmas. Thank you very much! Outstanding service!

They are very helpful and do answer the phone. They seem to be short staffed but they all do. Certain people do things only on certain days which is kind of annoying.

Window Service is great! friendly and efficient. But no one seems to answer the phone or it is busy for hours
