I visit this 7-Eleven on occassion,when visiting my sister. I like the food and prices.However;One of the new employees ,appears to have mental issues.He likes to tap cars of customers when he arrives to work.As though he is in great hopes ,some one will ask him for his autogragh. He also likes to look into cars parked in the parking lot ,for customer parking. Question ,is he a peeping Tom ? Calif Penal Codes: 647 I,647 J and 637. These acts are acts against public policy. He agreed not to violate : Calif Gov.Code:12900.When he was required to work for:The 7-Eleven franchise corporation. Calif Labor Code:2924. For an act to be an act.The act must be proven that the act was wilful and deliberate.With motive and intent.This is why now we have ,new technology. ( http://www.no.lie.m.r.i.com ). With his shoes off ,so he can't put thumb tacks. Plus on a volunteer basis ,take a drug and urine test first. Plus volunteer to be filmed on : You-Tube. To refuse.Will show a reasonable doubt.This means he is guilty.Guilty of ; Insubordination ,disregard to his employee hand book.Violating the implied franchise ,corporational agreement.To not violate: Calif Gov.Code:12900. He is required to work honestly and safely. He is required to work with best efforts. Calif Labor Code:2924. I do hope the franchise owner does the right thing with this ;( at-will employee ). Suggestions: Relocate ,write up ,terminate. With opportunity to resign.He has been observed leaving the store with the front doors closed but unlocked. To look at his car. This is called: ( ABANDONMENT ). Grounds for termination. Subjecting the store merchandise to theft. Calif Penal Codes:484-488. He is puting personal property before the needs of the ,franchise/ corporation. He has been observed in a verbal altercation. In stead of showing : Respect,kindnes and dignity to a customer.In stead of deescalation ,he chose to escalate. Where there is no wood there is no fire. He also has been observed with a co-worker consistantly out of uniform. He appears to be an elderly Philopeano. That also appears to be missing some teeth. Grounds for a write up and ternmination. Does not look properly in uniform. Also; The swing shift employee; That attends ;24 Gym Garden Grove ,was observed asking personal questions of a customer. Such as: " How much money do you make". This is a violation of;Calif Gov.Code:12900. The franchise owner should look into this matter. Customer service is a very serious concern. Emplyees need to read the employee hand book.To recall what exactly is their job. I love ,7-Eleven. But I do not like bad employees. This is employee:Sherwin. White car: Calif plate:7CZY588.

I love this 7-Eleven.The customer service is excellant.The only concern is how rude the customers can be.I recently noticed this same male Hispanic adult.He still has the same black car.It looks like he changed the plate.It was :6WFA839.It looks like he changed it to:3LBP035.He was recently observed going to the Donut Maker.It appears he does not have much of a wardrobe.He is dressed always like this.He has a shaved head,wares glasses,has a mustache and goatee.Wares a long sleeve shirt.Also wares brown kakie pants with white tennie shoes.He was most recently observed loitering and disturbing the peace.He also was observed challenging and duelling another very small customer to a fight.This male Hispanic adult was heard even making a physical threat to the other customer.That he was going to kick his :(A). This display of actions are actions against public policy.Calif Penal Codes:415.1.2.3. Also the heard and observed terrorist threat.When he was heard saying:"I am going to (K) (Y) (A)."This is a violation of ;Calif Penal Code:422.His displayed loitering with out just cause,with the motive and intent to harass other customers in the parking lot.This is a violation of ;Calif Penal Code:647.Loitering and disturbing the peace.Hopefully the authorities can investigate this menace to society.Its unknown if he has priors.Or is on parole or probation.Its unknown if he has any out standing warrants .Or if he is still gang affiliated.Its obvious the long sleeve shirt that is black is to cover tatoos.Its unknown if he carries drugs or waepons at any time.He does appear to be very violent and turpitude.This other person was loitering asking men for phone numbers and men for car rides.He was wearing a beige jacket and black pants.He also was harassing other customers in the parking lot.He was observed getting into a blue car.The Calif Plate:_ _ _ W367. He left after the big rig pulled up.This was between the 13th and 14th of Oct.2012.The person with the beige jacket and black pants.He is a African American.He also had a brown bag covering alcohol .Other then rude customers occassionaly and aggressive pan handlers ,this is a great ;7-Eleven. We love the fact the police are here all the time.To kick out the trouble makers.

Went with my sister here. We noticed in the parking lot, a male Hispanic adult using profanity at a customer coming out of 7-Eleven.The male Hispanic using profanity was chalenging and dueling with his words. Which is a violation of Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.3. Plus he was over heard making a few terrorist threats.Calif Penal Code:422. Example:"If I walk over there I am going to kick you're "!The male Hispanic adult using all this bad language was wearing a gray long sleeve shirt.Plus black sweat pants like plastic gym ware.He appeared to have a shaved head .Also wearing a baseball cap.Its unknown if he is a gang banger .Or if he has priors.Or if in the car if he had any weapons or drugs.This took place on the early morning of ;Sept 29th 2012.Between 01:30 A.M. and 01:55 A.M.He could possibly be on drugs that enhance violence.Like ( Bath salts).He was last observed proceeding south bound on,Beach Blvd.Calif plate:6WFA839. The car was black.Unknown make and year.Its unknown if he has priors .Or if he is on probation or parole.He accused the little guy walking out of 7-Eleven of talking to his girlfriend.He was observed driving away out of the 7-Eleven parking lot,yelling out profanity. Another customer came out of 7-Eleven stated he is same guy that left empty cups in front of the cashier.He asked the cashier if he had hot chocolate.The cashier ,replied he did.So he pays for the item.Lies in wait for a customer to come out of 7-Eleven to instigate a fight.I love 7-Eleven.The hours and the prices.Plus the specials on hot dogs and drinks .Like Slurpee's.

My sister and I drove here this morning .It was about between 5:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.Then we observed a male white adult ,wearing black sweat pants with no t-shirt ,yelling words of profanity to a four foot women.He stood about six foot .She had blond shoulder length hair.She had blue shorts and a white t-shirt.He ordered her in the car.Then my sister and I heard her yell :"You're hurting me,stop."He drove ,North bound on Beach Blvd, or Eastbound on Trask.My sister thinks she is kept in the back seat. My sister says she was waiting by the bus stop.The cross streets of Beach and Trask.My sister said as she was waiting for the 29,then saw the young female stick her head up.He then yelled at her and used profanity. Its unknown if he has her hooked on drugs.Its unknown if he punched her eyes or ribs.If he did she should press charges.His plate is:6RJT839. He has a right back break light out. Also side limo tint windows. He usually parks every night at 7-Eleven,behind the bus stop.She was last seen in blue shorts. After this car left with the girl yelling .We found a place to park.We then went in.To buy some coffee.The staff are wonderdful. The prices are great.

I think this is a wonderful 7-Eleven.The prices are great. Yet my only issue is the homeless aggressive pan handlers. This morning when I went to get my favorite coffee at 7-Eleven at ; 04:00 A.M. there was this very aggressive male Hispanic adult.He was observed walking up to car windows asking for money.How do I know? He also did that to me.As I just pulled up in my green car.He was wearing a green Army jacket with ,what appeared to have a hoody attached to it.Not only was he observed aggressively pan handling but loitering with another male Hispanic adult.The other guy was'nt wearing a t-shirt.On his arms a chest was filled with tatoos.They were standing by the side walk that is the phone. They both were observed loitering from 04:00 A.M. to approximately 05:00 A.M. Note: Other then the aggressive pan handlers and from time to time on random occassions the loiterers.This is a great 7-Eleven.Its next to Walmart and my favorite all night donut shop.With fresh donuts. What I like is the none stop presence of police.It makes customers feel safe.

If I told my friend about this 7 Eleven ,I would say the prices are great.Also the staff are very nice.This is my favorite 7-Eleven.Yesterday I drove here in my little old red Toyota trying to find parking.I have to park in the handicap parking.Ever since my knee replacement.There was a big truck making a delivery.I noticed another customer in a gray car,Calif plate:5XET260.He looked very angry.I pray things get better for him.God does miricles.Then I continued driving around trying to find parking.Yet ,I guess I felt a little unconfortable .I noticed two young African American adults loitering and ,what appeared to be pan handling.They were walking up to the car windows of various customers.They were observed standing by the open doors of the big truck at ,7-Eleven.They were observed leaving in what appeared to be a black small station wagon.With back limo tint windows.Calif plate:6VL976.Ever since I was a victim of a crime,I am a little paronoid when I see people loitering and possibly pan handling.Why? I'm only four feet tall.Plus I have to use a walker.Now days people carry drugs and weapons.They see how helpless I am .Then a bad guy sees a easy target.I love this 7-Eleven .Why because they always have police and cameras in the parking lot. I love the donut shop next to the 7-Eleven.Even at my old age.Nothing like a great fresh donut with coffee. I finaly left and came back.The black small station wagon ,with back limo tint windows ,was observed leaving about: 1:04 A.M. They are doing a great job at this 7-Eleven.Thank Heaven for ,7 Eleven.
