It's absolutely terrible. Dirty, unsatisfactory, repulsive, absolutely no customer service. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I can't believe this McDonald's. I realize that this franchise is ok with mediocre service (at very best), but my experience was horrible at this location. The late-night manager absolutely refused to correct the mistake on the order made on his breakfast menu when his restaurant did not provide all of the food that was paid for. Even after demanding to look in the bag (I've never been so insulted by the way) he insisted that those in the back seat were hiding food from him. Even after trying with all due respect to tell him he was wrong, we asked him if he was "ok with a negative review online over three dollars" and he said yes. So here it is. He should be fired and this location should have a lot of revamping. Absolutely terrible.
