Shima Ghavimi, MD completed her medical education at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2008. She completed her residency at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. in 2017. Dr. Ghavimi did her fellowship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey in 2020. She is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
