If zero stars was an option I would give them zero!! They showed up over two hours late. When they put the chimney cap back on after the cleaning they pushed it all the way into the chimney so smoke could no longer get out of the chimney causing it to back up into the house. I had to climb on the roof to fix it and it was then that I noticed they damaged my siding with their ladder. When I called to complain they said they would look into it and get back to me that day. They never followed up with me and are now ignoring my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
