This improves our ability to deliver products in both emergency situations as well as respond to customers with demanding schedules.Site Visits - By your account representative or customer service representative on a semi-annual basis.Backup - We maintain an extensive off site backup record of all new installations. This provides us with a recourse to quickly respond to any major failures such as lightning damage, power surges, or power system failures.
