Our son was deployed and needed AC repair and general maintenance. We met Baker over the phone from NY and discussed the scope of work required - he called back with options and pricing which was excellent compared to local dealers. We had a small service window on a Saturday which they accommodated. An unforeseen problem was discovered during the work. It was quickly analyzed, fixed and delivered on time.
