AHS covered Microwave problem. Guys shows up. Finds problem. I give it a day. Call guy. Guy says looking for part(s). I ask what parts? He says testing still in progress. I ask what testing. He says he don't understand what I'm asking. This is called a contractor scam "do loop" to the customer tactic to cover up the fact said contractor has no clue. Services canceled. New contractor assigned by AHS. If AHS refers this Va Beach contractor to you, trust me and the several other reviewers on here and refuse this contractor.
