i want to know what is wrong with your stores. today i called the victorville, ca store approx at 1:15pm. i asked for somebody in computer software. i was kept on the phone for 20 minutes. nobody would answer the phone; i could hear somebody pick it up & put it back so it would start ringing all over again. finally i got tired of waiting & CALLED BACK AGAIN. asked for the computer software & was put on hold again; waited about 5 more minutes. hung up again & CALLED BACK AGAIN; asked for the manger to complain. the girl that answer wanted to know why i wanted to talk to the manger & i told her it was none of her business; she asked twice more; i told her the same thing each time & the third time i told her to shut up & let me talk to the manger. she said to wait & then she hung up on me. i tried to call back but each time i got threw somebody would just hang on me. if this is the kind of service you are suppling customers with now , then do not expect me to be one any more. this is ----
