Something has changed at Suburban. They used to be good, but my recent experience with them was the worst car buying experience ever. My family has bought 5 cars from them, but NEVER again. The service received was best summed up by one of the sales managers named Isaac. When I commented that the offer for my trade in was less than expected, he replied, "If you don't like the deal, don't buy the car. This is a popular car; we'll just sell it to someone else." Apparently we (customers) need their cars more than they need our business. Clearly they don't respect their customers, and loyalty to their dealership means nothing.

Subaru is a great brand and the people who work there are cool. Be very cautious of their slick auto finance dept & their Predatory lending tactics..if you feel like spending an extra 10k on a used car with no maintenance plan go here! ....

I just purchased my car from them this weekend. Our salesperson was not a pushy person; he was helpful and stuck to our price range. He was a very personable person and I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Would not reccomend my worst enemy to go here. Worst car dealer experience I have EVER had. I went here to trade in and upgrade a vehicle, they offered 8000 less than value of my current vehicle and when I wanted to leave they would not just give me my keys to leave --- they said they wanted to negotiate further --- However, they would not budge. A very bad experience and a waste of a day.
