OUTSTANDING!!!!

My Father and a friend and I try out various restaurants each week.

I chose this one as I thought I had been there before, but I found out that I had not.

I was not disappointed, it was great and the prices were very reasonable and the portions are large.

My friend from India loved it and has been telling everyone he meets how good it was.

My Dad had a fish sandwich and he loved it too.

I had a chili-size and it was really good, but too much for me to eat.

I will be going back for breakfast and will try it for dinner.

It is not a fancy place, but the staff is warm and friendly and the food is great.

This is one awesome country diner that serves homemade items such as their bread. I've been in the restaurant business for over fifty years and this place is most welcome. The wait staff is friendly, the food is great and the portions are large and low in price comparitively! Eatin there is like coming home to eat!!!

This diner is a great place to eat any meal, anytime of day. They are one of the few places around town that actually serve breakfast all day! They are busy on Sundays during the few hours they are open, but they are very much worth the wait, if you even have to. Most of the items on their menu are homemade - I highly suggest the bread. The french toast is made with thick slices of homemade bread, and they also use it for toast and with dinners. I love their mashed potatoes as well. There is no doubt that they are homemade. My boyfriend is a very picky eater and he absolutely LOVES Plainsman. The turkey dinner is fabulous, and reminds me of Thanksgiving year round. Don't forget to check out their specials either - the selection changes daily and I have found something new to try everytime I eat there. They have a large selection of pies for dessert, and their prices are amazing affordable. I love the wait staff. They are friendly and fast. I highly recommend this little diner! 5 stars!

awesome country diner with good food and great prices! Servings are large. Try their home made cole slaw and bread. Homefries are better than the other places.
