I love these folks. I ordered a tropical arrangement for my mom and they called to say the specific flowers I wanted were not available. They doubled the size of the arrangement and used some other tropical flowers that were just as nice. My mom was thrilled. I use them twice a year - mother's day and her birthday. They always do a stellar job with great and caring customer service.
