I have been taking all my vehicle's into the tire factory for years I wouldn't go any where else.

I have always had a very good experience while having all my vehicle tire needs attended to. When I needed new tires Rick advised me to consider the Nokian tire brand. They truly have exceeded my expectations in every weather condition and I appreciate his recommendation. The employees always make the effort to accommodate my needs--that brings me back.

All the folks at Tire Factory are great. I have had alot of work done with this store, even stuff that doesn't have to do with tires, like installing a custom grill and chrome trim. There have even been times they installed stuff (like a battery) that I purchased at a store that would have charged me to install, and they did it for free, just knowing I will return with my other business. I have been doing business with this company for 3+ years and have always been more than satisfied with their service and prices.

Don't go to this location. There are competitors that provide much better customer service right down the street.

I have purchased all of my tires there in the past 10 years and have always thought that they give good service. I sent my son in there because he had a flat tire that needed to be repaired ( Les Shwab Tires). They repaired the flat and noticed his other tire was low, it had a screw in it like the other tire. They repaired that one also, I was ready to pay for the repairs and they said forget it, just remember us next time you are looking for tires. Which because of this they will get my return business whenever I need tires. Great job guys!
