If you have had a bad experience in the past, or have one now, please speak to the GM. This store is under new management and retraining is being done. You should be able to expect help and these types of issues cannot be resolved if he does not know that they are happening. Over all, an amazing store with amazing selection and friendly staff. The store is cleaner than it was and structure/ better service is being implemented.

We shopped here today and the service was horrible nobody to help you all of there employees standing around talking to each other i finally went and stopped two people talking to each other and asked for help the girl cane and helped look for show i needed then after not finding it disappeared i finally told two employees they had horrible service there lots of people in there no one getting helped it was awful

its a good store to go to it has nice shoes in its a place where people are sweet in very kind in don't mind helping you if you can't find or they will ask if you need help.
