clean, very trusted dop-off service, had things like lighters, papers (before being washed), and other valuables left in pockets returned and safely in with the rest of my drop-off upon pick-up. all in one, dry cleaning and everything. even washes some special needs items.

This place is a gem. It was spotless and I was one of two people washing clothes so no crowds or lines. The woman that was working when I arrived, Shonna, was an amazing help. I originally wanted to dry-clean a down comforter because I was terrified of trying to wash it myself, but she was so patient, explaining exactly what I'd need to do to wash it. It turned out to be a significant savings. She even gave me a clear bag to put in my car afterwards so that my wet comforter wouldn't soak my car. She went through step by step how to dry it, how long it would take, and things that I would need to do to aid the drying process. She definitely went above and beyond. She knew the other customer by name and was attentive to any needs that arose. Shonna is an amazing employee and I hope that her employer values her. I don't frequent laundromats, but I might if they were all like this one!
