      I am extremely happy with the results at Special Effects.

      I have long hair and have been there several times for hair cuts and coloring. Their coloring techniques are progressive and very professional. They have done an outstanding - very beautiful job. I will keep going back for sure.I also had a pedicure and was very pleased with that also. I highly recommend Special Effects.
