This is the best Pawn Shop I have dealt with. Very friendly family owned, and very fair and honest!! Gave me a loan that was more than fair for my expensive jewelry. And I was not able to get it out in time, and they allow to pay the interest due and hold for another 6 months till I could get my jewelry out during my dire financial situation. This shop knows values of jewelry. I have used pawn shops in the past as a single mom that were not good or understanding and didn't know their stuff if you will. I have to say, this is the best in the South bay for sure! Great customer service, friendly and nice. Thank you Sartori Pawn to helping me out!!
