I focus my therapy on eating disorders, substance abuse, self-harm and other maladaptive behaviors (including underlying issues of anxiety, depression and trauma), which may be preventing you from living a life of inner peace and enjoying fulfilling connections with others. I am a published researcher, regularly give talks at major universities and international conferences, and regularly give guidance and advice on local television shows in areas of my expertise.
