Very disappointed with the lack of care from the Dr. today. This was the day his Braces were removed and the overall feeling was impatience and annoyance from the Dr. What happen to the customer is #1? Especially on his 18th Birthday and getting his Braces off.

Its been a great experience at Eckhart Orthodontics. My teeth look amazing now and it's all thanks to them! Dr.Eckhart's good quality equipment allows things to be done faster and better. The office staff are very nice and helpful people. And they never make you wait! The only thing is I could not get my color braces along the way. But other than that Eckhart Orthodontics was an amazing experience!

It has been a good experience for having my braces done in Dr. Eckhart office. His high tech equipment makes things done more efficiently and the estimated length of the whole procedure is quite accurate. They usually kept their appointment time scheduled quite well so I didn't usually have to wait too long. Their office staffs are friendly and helpful too. Only that I could not get my color braces along the way.
He was my orthodontist over 15 years ago. This was when was was inventing the MARA...yes, a great concept, but very painful. If it would have worked, I would have probably given him two stars. However, overall, Dr. Eckhart made me scared to death of dentists!!! He was trying to remove my MARA, and he was pulling and pulling. It hurt so bad. I told him to stop, and that he was pulling out my tooth. However, all he said was, "No I'm not...I'm a dentist and I know what I'm doing." Less than a minute later he pulled my tooth out.
To Erin Aarons; I apologize for hurting you and scaring you over 15 years ago. At that time, the use of the MARA was being developed, and if a tooth came out with it, it could only have been a baby tooth, since I have never lost a permanent tooth with any MARA removal. We no longer place MARA's on baby teeth, because of the problem you had with it, and children and adults have MARA's placed and removed without major pain today. Nevertheless, I should have kept you more comfortable with anesthesia, and today better pain relief methods are available than 15 years ago. I regret your bad experience and wish I could undo it. I understand your criticism, and I would not cause suffering like that today.

Great experience. The staff is excellent, well organized and friendly. Dr Eckhart is the best, very patient and great sence of humor which was helpful for a cry-baby like me. Overall EXCELLENT. Michelle Pettus-Alexander

I highly recommend Dr. Eckhart and his staff for anyone who wishes to have their teeth fix. I am happy with the result of my overbite and misalligned teeth the three years effort. I also feel that the two offices in Manhattan and Torrance were quite organize and efficient upon handling their clients.

I was snoring for years and it was bothering my sleeping. I would not breathe for seconds, besides keeping my wife up at nites.The machine was a nightmare to use.I heard about Dr. Eckhart from a friend. Since wearing the appliance I stopped snoring,I feel 100 % better in the moring. The appliance fits perfect. I recomend Dr. Eckhart to anybody who has a problem snoring. Stan Goldstein

We have just finished having both kids braces off. They had such crooked teeth before needing some teeth removed. Now they have beautiful smiles! All thanks to Dr. Eckhart and his team. Truly a smart and efficient group of men and women! My daughter has even earned a lot of "Eckhart Bucks" for doing such a great job taking care of her braces. Thank you, Dr. Eckhart! Susan Hokama
