Fleming s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar was launched in Newport Beach, Calif., in 1998 by industry veterans Paul Fleming and Bill Allen. It operates more than 30 locations throughout the United States. Fleming s provides a stylish, contemporary dining experience. The steakhouse serves prime beef, chops, seafood, chicken, salads, side orders and desserts. Its wine list, known as the Fleming s 100, features a selection of fine wines from throughout the world. The restaurant also offers private dining rooms, Napa Valley excursions and custom wine tasting. It has earned more than 30 Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence. The restaurant is affiliated with Outback Steakhouse. Fleming s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar maintains a location in Newport Beach.
