I went to Advance Auto on N. Dale Mabry over the weekend and had issues with my car battery and front low beam light bulb. Mike A. was one of the representatives that helped me and got me back on the road. He was able to find out where I recieved my original battery so I could get it replaced, changed my light bulb, and did it all with a friendly smile. He is a really great guy and I seen that he has really good customer service skills, not only with me but to other customer as well. You guys should defintely promote him! I've been to that Advanced Auto a few times since I've lived in Tampa and by far he has left a huge impression on me so much that I felt like I needed to write this review. You guys should defeinitely consider giving him a promotion!
