      Cal Pet has cremated my kitties over the years. I had never been to the physical facility. One day out driving in Sun Valley, I stopped by un-announced. I was met with kindness, openness and warmth. One of the owners, sorry I do not remember his name, a tall man, showed me the facilities where our animals are cremated. It was clean, respectful. And as I walked through the inner office to go to the place where the animals are cremated, the staff was very busy, and the most noticeable thing was the kindness on their faces and warmth in their eyes as they glanced up in recognition of my presence. The owner told me that its been over ten years, and he still grieves the loss of his beloved pet. So I feel we are in good hands here. I feel that having a physical facility that we can visit anytime unannounced, and that includes bringing our animals directly to them, is a sign of a caring and well-run facility.
