Ordered a fairly expensive umbrella set. Four weeks later - nothing. Called. Was told that the item was not in stock. They offered to upgrade the product - which they should have - at no cost. NOW, it's two weeks later - and nothing. Called again. Their answer. "We don't know why it hasn't shipped. These guys are clowns.
