This place is amazing! Went in there not knowing much and came out with a lot of knowledge. They helped me and explained everything, and knew exactly what they were doing. Service great. Price great. Overall experience great.

Cory D you are a liar because I've been going there for the last 30 years and never once had a problem the best oil change and service and maintenance work in Sterling Heights, if there's any problems I'm pretty sure that Danny will take care of the situation, also these guys a professional do you know what they're doing

Worst experience I've ever had. What a disaster. STAY AWAY.I went in for an oil change with my 2015 Ford Fusion, and they were having trouble getting the hood open - note that I've never had any trouble with the hood before. They asked me to close the hood and re-pop it, upon doing so I look up to see them stabbing at my hood with a screwdriver. I immediately get out of the car to ask them to stop, because I've never had a problem with the hood... I see the damage to my car right away, they not only scratched some of the premium tri-coat paint off of my vehicle, but also put a dent in it as well from the prying action of the screwdriver on the front of the car.When I asked for them to fix it, he said they promise they'll get it fixed but asked that I leave now because they're getting ready to close. I wouldn't leave without more information... I wanted a signed paper stating what will be fixed, and how it will be fixed. This is when the lube tech from down in the pit comes up and starts swearing at me, asking me if "I want my whole f***ing car repainted or what" and making fun of my vehicle?! The owner or manager that was there kept saying it's not a big deal, it's not a big deal. But damaging my vehicle is a big deal to me... He even said "You know, I don't think we even did this"... and kept asking me to leave again. I kept demanding a paper signed by them stating that it will get fixed.They finally pulled out a blank piece of paper and scribbled a signature on it and said "we will fix the hood latch and touch up". It was signed by the person that actually damaged the vehicle with the screw driver. They told me they would call me the next day (Saturday June 3rd)) or the following Monday (June 5 2017).I was then asked to leave again and I did as they were getting quite angry and I felt the encounter might turn violent based on the tone they were taking and how much they were screaming and swearing at me.This was by far the most unprofessional place I have ever been to.It is now Monday June 5th, and I called to get some status on this and they said their mechanic is unavailable after I heard them call for him while they set the phone down... I asked when they would be available and they said "oh I have no idea, he's going to have to call you when he's back". It's clear to me they're avoiding the situation now completely and will refuse to take any responsibility for the damage they've caused.STAY AWAY FROM JOE'S QUICK LUBE.

I absolutely love this place! Me and my family have been coming to Joe's quick lube for over 8 year now! The guys are extremely professional, honest, and fair priced! I admire the fact that they educate the customers before touching the vehicle! Danny and Alex are my favorite and i highly recommend them for oil changes and minor auto services (brakes,tires, etc.)!!!

Stoped in for an oil change one of the service techs noticed one my tires was completely balded out and the steel showing. Good service, No sales pressure like other oil change shops and decent prices. The service techs were informational and professional I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fast good service.

Great service! First time comeing there they serviced my vehicle with Mobil 1 plus a trans flush, they knew all services needed for my vehicle without digging into my car Manuel. They really knew there stuff.
