The service of the staff is horrible. You have to wait in the lobby to for a very long time before anyone will answer the door to let you in for your appointment. None of the staff wears their name badges. The dialysis machines will sound for along time before the staff will stop talking about personal things and help the patient.

I always get prompt kind service at appointments, and am made to feel important anytime I have a question. Any problems are solved quickly. I even moved 60 miles away for awhile and continued to drive to this clinic for my care, I was so pleased.
