Real ER. Real Fast! First Choice Emergency Room, established in 2002, opened its first location in Flower Mound, Texas and has grown to 35 locations in Texas and 5 locations in Colorado. First Choice Emergency Room is the nations leading freestanding emergency room system; it is both largest and the oldest. First Choice Emergency Room facilities are innovative, freestanding, and fully equipped emergency rooms with state of the art diagnostic technology (CT Scanners, Ultrasound, Digital X-ray) and on-site labs. All locations are exclusively staffed with board-certified emergency physicians and emergency trained registered nurses that can handle all adult and pediatric, major and minor emergencies. Be seen in seconds! NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED. WE ARE OPEN 365 DAYS A YEAR. All locations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. First Choice Emergency Room provides a full range of emergency medical services for both adults and children. We file with all insurance carriers with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid. We offer discounted rates for patients without medical insurance.
