Great selection of cars, great service, good value for money. I will be booking my next rental car days at enterprise again!

I had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Every call I made to this location the staff was very professional made me feel I was important to them. My contract had to be extended several times and never recieved issues with enterprise. Love them and will defenetly continue doing business with this location from now on.

Unreliable, not well managed, and terrible service. Made a reservation for a car and pickup. called the day to check when pickup will arrive and my pickup reservation was not in they system. Told me a car will pick me up at 3:00 they arrived at 3:40pm. When arriving to car rental they didn't have any cars for me to rent. Although I had a reservation. I had to be driven to a different location by a agent to get a car. Arrived there car was not ready and I had to wait again. Finally when I got in the car it was not FULL of gas and the paperwork was wrong stating my rental rate was higher. Had to get back out of the car for them to look it up in the system. It was not correct in the system..... It took over 2 hours for me to pick up this rental. Very POOR customer service!!!!!!!
