I went into the pawn 1 on Monroe on 5/26/17 and the employee Kyle helped me. Kyle was AMAZING! My xbox I was pawning wouldn't turn on at first and Kyle made an effort 3 times to try to get it to turn on and finally got it to! He gave me more $ than what I was expecting to get and was extremely friendly! Thank you so much Kyle!!

On may the 13th 2015 at 1:40pm we came into the pawn 1 on Monroe my daughter and I. 3 people were ahead of us coming into the store there was a lady sitting at the desk she said to all 3 of the people hi how are you today when my daughter entered she said nothing, I was right behind my daughter and she didn't say anything to me either. We walked over to the video game counter said we wanted to see a video game and none of the employees even agnolleged us. Anyone of color I would not recommend you go into that store. And we went to the pawn 1 on Sprague and all the employees spoke to my daughter and I and we bought video games .

The employees are great, ALWAYS helpful, knowledgable,and INFORMATIVE. The store is clean,neat and organized.!
