Would not ever recommend! Somewhat decent service early in the morning but said for a snow tire mount and balance would cost me $98 bucks which seemed ridiculous! At the end of the day when my car was picked up they had NOT mounted my tires because they said they were too big. I'd run the same tires all season long the year prior. On the size they put down for what my vehicle had on was inaccurate. I ran 16" rims and they had 17" on my paperwork, did they not even look at the size on my car? The male assisting my boyfriend who was picking my car up argued with him about the problems my car would face if the wrong size was put on and how it would affect my gears...my car is an auto. Again, i'd run these same snow tires on the same rims last winter without problems whatsoever. The next weekend I took my car to Schwabs in Deer Park, much better service, put the tires on without any news of wrong sizes, $65 bucks later, out the door and after only waiting an hour on a very busy day.

So I've always thought Les Schwab was a good reputable place, BUT the Francis location leaves much to be desired. I have had the complete suspension done to my car 4 months ago, and still have the same issue I've taken it there for in the first place! Had struts done which in 2 months one on the rear had already blown out which was replaced on warranty. Now a month later one on the front is making noise. I also had my rear sway bar links replaced, but unbeknownst to me at the time, they replaced the links but left out the new bushings. So my car has this wonderful clunk in the rear still (which is the main reason I was taking it there in the first place) I've spent $1300 bucks and car isn't right. Needless to say they've lost my business.
