Operational since 1883, First Presbyterian Church located in the downtown area of Spokane, Wash. offers worship services and focuses on the physical and spiritual needs of the world, locally and internationally. The church is involved with a number of global efforts by supporting and maintaining relationships with mission workers in other countries. Some of the ministries of the church include Anuak Justice Council, Anuak Meer Ministry of First Presbyterian Church, Camp Spalding, Christ Clinic, Christ Kitchen, Christian Community Development Conference and Spokane City Forum. First Presbyterian Christian School is a recognized ministry of First Presbyterian Church.
