The owner is very rude and doesn’t seem to want to help you out if what you model doesn’t fit to his “industry standards”. He blew me off several times in one visit claiming I was making all the stuff up and telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about...not to mention he stated the stuff I was modeling is “outdated and useless”. Don’t shop here unless you want to be talked down to by an unwashed “know it all” who doesn’t care that you want to support local business.

I love this shop.I've purchased eight cars from rock crawelers to trail trucks and dune buggies. Bruce and Bryan have gone beyond the call of ditty to help me out and parts ordering is fast in general in less than a week. They have my business any day and I would recommend them anytime.

DON'T go to this horrible hobby shop. They have no respect for customers at all. I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this dump. I will never go back to this hobby shop because of the poor quality of the employees and the quality of the store. They don't treat all customers equal and only care for those that have deep pockets. I just have to say if you want the worst customer service in the nation then visit this hobby shop. Also, if you want to be treated like dirt then ask for Bryan. If I could give this a half star rating I would.

If you don't know your STUFF don't go here. They do not like to take the time to talk to you to explain their product. I have been in 3 times in the last year with the same customer service each time. I will not go back!!

Easily one of the best hobby shops in the U.S.! These guys have been in business forever and really know their stuff!

Cool place, great guys, good prices. It's fun to browse around... you never know what you might find. I think they probably have stuff in inventory that goes clear back to the '80s!
