Let me just start with, I work front desk for a hotel in Spartanburg, SC. I know what Customer Service is supposed to look like. Believe me, if zero stars was an option, this company would receive negative three. I had a guest who needed a cab at 4:50 AM to be at the airport by their designated time. Rhonda answered the phone and fed me nothing but excuses on why they couldn't make the reservation for at least a good 5 minutes. With only 15 minutes of my shift remaining, I finally blurted out that it didn't really matter why they couldn't make it, I just needed someone who could. Before I was able to get anything else out, Rhonda was so kind as to hang up on me. Thank God she did! Eastside Transportation was WONDERFUL! I sincerely hope that you get your act together. I will NOT be using this service again, nor recommending anyone else to.

My son arrived at 4:40 AM by train. He called for a cab only to find that no one would answer. He started walking a mile and a half to his hotel carrying all his bags. He kept calling and finally someone answered but refused to send a cab because my son was on the side of the road. When it came time to leave Spartanburg, he again called for a cab and was told it would be there. 30 minutes later it had not arrived, so my son called back and was told it wasn't coming because they were too busy. Once again he had to walk back to the train station. What a lousy way to run a business. Dispatcher was very rude with major attitude. Spartanburg needs new cab services.
