I hadn't even ridden with this business and I know for sure I will not be in the future.

I was calling a few different places to assess rates for each one to find the best fit considering I only had a few miles to go. I called the business to ask what the rates were, the first time I called no one answered. I called back and the woman that answered the phone was completely rude. I asked her what the rates were and she snidely informed me that, "the city sets the rates so they are all pretty much the same." Completely stunned by her attitude, I told her that I had called a few other places and each were completely different. After which she replied with a nasty sigh and told me in the same rude tone what the rates were. If you're going to be THAT rude to your customers on the phone, I can't imagine how they treat their customers in person.

They combined the two best cab companies in town and now they truly are Superior!

I ride with this company all the time and so does everyone I know. They have a good client base and after only a couple of times they remember you. They will ONLY pick up the person who requested them. This is great because nobody can steal your cab!
