Buyer BEWARE!! I was buying my daughter a pair of Uggs for Christmas and directly asked what their return and refund policy was. They said they do not offer refunds period, however, we could return them for in-store credit if they didn't fit or she didn't like them. That was on 12/20/15. They ended up being a size too small so when we tried to exchange them for a larger size on 1/16/16 we were notified that we past some undisclosed deadline and were no longer able to exchange for another size or store credit. Where I'm from lying is lying... and lying by omission is still lying. These ladies make used car salesmen seem honest. NEVER will ever do any business with this company again.

Shoe Diva has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and I worked retail for seven years! My mom asked to see a pair of shoes in the box. Considering this is a shoe store, the request should be an easy one. Apparently, they did not appreciate the request. Clearly these associates are used to sitting around and gossiping as opposed to working, for they decided to gather around the register to say horrible things about my mother. For example, I heard a red-headed associate saying this while glaring at my mom, "Can you believe that b****? She is so rude!" Excuse me, but I know rude, and my mother was not rude. They then continued to speak like this about my mom as she was trying on shoes. As polite as possible, my mom continuously thanked the associate helping her. Apparently their definition of kindness of calling a customer a b****. Excuse me for thinking kindness is being polite to ALL customers. I will no longer shop at this disgusting store, and I urge all others to do the same. If this is how they treat people, Shoe Diva should no longer be in business.

Love this boutique! Great selection of designer and casual footwear with comfort! Largest selection for many of the brands. I've been a loyal customer since they opened and they know how to keep it fun and exciting!

I buy dress shoes here because they are such good quality and COMFORTABLE! When the dance ends at a wedding reception or a night out I still have my shoes on and my feet feel great! I LOVE this store! They have unique styles and very knowledgable staff.
