This place claims to be a 24 hour service, but apparently does not go to the jail after 10pm. I don't consider that 24 hour service. Very frustrating!

This company has sneaky business practices. They do NOT provide a receipt or a copy of the contract. Do yourself a fabor and do NOT do business with them. There are other companies out there willing to help you out and show some respect for your business. You are paying them for the service, this is Not for free, so, the least they can do for YOUR money is to treat you with respect. The BBB should take a look of their business practices. We pay them $500 in CASH for their service, we got no receipt and when we asked for a copy of the contract, the guy repplied in a very rude way "I am not carrying a photocopier machine?, Do you see one? I do not have any copies". We ended up doing bussines, because it was late and during the weekend, we had no time to look for someone else. Hopefully we do not have to face a situation like this again. But for anyone that might, Please LOOK around, they are NOT your only option out there...

They met me at the jail and wrote my $1000 bond for less than anyone else. Pro's all the way!!!!! Impressive.

I went out with some friend the other night and got tanked without a dd to drive me home, long story short I got pulled over and went to jail. My wife try calling some of the other guys ha good luck getting them to answer. One answered and told my wife that he was watching the simpson and to call back in a half hour. she called these nice guy at A-1 they answered by second ring, told her he'd be right there, and sure enough he shows up within the hour of me being in there. The guy was so nice and helpful, understanding exactly what i was going through reassuring me that it wasn't the end of the world, filled me in on what to do, and what to exspect from the judge when i appear before him. I totally recommend these guys they where quick, e-z, very friendly, and to have your feet back on the street very cheap!!

I've dealt with this company before. The previous contact person was nice and curtious. The last person, however was very rude, unprofessional, irrate and constantly used profanity in the presents of my children. The partner/owner of this company should know that his partner/employee's disrespectful conduct gives his company a bad name.

I would not recommend this company and the previous partner/owner should know whomever he used to "fill" his weekend shift gives his company a bad name.
