I didnt even stay long enough to get a haircut. The staff are RUDE (like, OMG attitude!), self entitled, and provide repugnant customer service. Totally unacceptable. Not to mention they barely look like they can take care of their own hair, much less someone else's. Again, seriously??

I went to this salon just needing a trim, after waiting almost 3 hours for one woman to get a haircut i finally just left. The staff are SLOW. I kept being told 15 more minutes, over and over again. Not to mention i had ro sit and listen to the stylist complain about cutting military men's hair because "she's not a barber" i wont be bringing any of my children my husband or myself back to this salon. It was absolutely ridiculous.

i'd say don't waste your time. my wife and son made an appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half before my son started crying and they left in disgust. other people were taken before them and the person they had the appointment with worked the entire time (SLOWLY) on one ladies hair. i get a very strong feeling that they did not want to deal with the scared autistic kid and this was their way of avoiding him, probably not true but it happens enough that you can't help but think it.

Great customer service! I love getting my hair done with sherry she's the sweetest and best hairstylist! I highly recommend her
