I went to see about admission ...

I went to see about admission to their massage therapy program. Don't know if I'll be attending school here or not. They contacted me, I made an appointment, and the first thing that happens is I'm slammed with an interview and a test that she didn't bother to mention so that I could prepare. I was not given a tour or brochure or any helpful info about the program. She didn't know because that's not her department because she's just a recruiter. Shouldn't they be trying to sell *me* if I'm the one who will be putting 13 grand into their institution?? If I must interview, let me get a feel for what I'm getting into before you have me beg you to stay...

The Blue Cliff College-Shreveport campus is housed in a near 20,000 square foot facility. The campus has two fully equipped technique rooms and eight lecture rooms. We offer a multi-station computer lab and a Medical Assisting program clinical lab featuring equipment appropriate for learning. We offer a fully equipped cosmetology lab providing a simulated salon environment with 22 working stations. Our massage therapy technique rooms provide a relaxing clinical environment for student therapy services offered to the public. The Shreveport campus offers an on-campus store for students and the public featuring massage supplies, books, uniforms, medical assisting supplies, as well as a variety of aromatherapy and spa products. The Shreveport facility also offers a student lounge area and a kitchen for students' convenience. For those requiring a quieter place to relax and study we have a library with four Internet-accessible computer stations and Jones E-Global library access to additional databases and resources.
