Recently my wife had trouble with her brakes. I took her car in to one stop in Sherman. Andy Took it in right away with no problem. They fixed it put new brakes on and on oil change. After it was done Andy gave me a call. I was unable to get there by closing, he voluntarily stayed there until I could get there so I could pick the vehicle up and pay for it.
I do not know anywhere that I could get as good of service as I receive from one stop in Sherman. I get all my vehicles serviced here and it seems like a common practice for them to go out of their way beyond the call of duty to take care of their customers. The owner should be proud of the commitment that their employees Have .” I feel five stars it’s not enough to express how good I feel about this company.
I highly recommend one stop in Sherman it’s where you can be treated like family. Two thumbs up 👍👍Good job guys.

Literally the ONLY truly honest car repair shop i've ever ran across. Even did work for me multiple times for free just to keep me happy and coming back. very friendly and willing to recommend other shops if they believe the work will be better elsewhere. Very rare they can't handle the repairs efficiently. I live a block from one and they are great.

After my car was hit in a parking lot, I had a check from the insurance company and no idea where to go. The 1 Stop ad had all the information I needed and a location close to my work so I called. They fit me in for a FREE estimate right away. They took my car in that same day for repairs! It only took a day and a half, They gave me a free loaner car AND detailed my car before they returned it to me! 1Stop made this such a simple transaction, I can hardly believe my car was ever damaged! Thank you!

They do good work but your car will sit there for days without getting looked at if somebody else has a bigger problem even if your car was there first.
