The ladies who answer the phone for this company, have got to be the most rude people I have ever the been forced to deal with. We are local have three buildings. They treat you like a convict when you call! If we had another choice of gas service we would be all over it, no matter the cost. I dread calling them for any reason. They know there is no other choice available so they treat you with absolute contempt, because you are forced to put up with it. These ladies should all be ashamed! Karma will bite you and you will wonder why? How hard is it to smile and be nice? Geesshhhh!!! We are also in the service business so this is not an unfounded comment. We understand what that is like. But in our business we have competition and would never be able to treat our customers in the fashion. HATEFUL and RUDE! Good luck with your futures ladies as the big man upstairs has ways of taking care of people who act and belittle other.
