My Trane heat pump stopped working, my extended warrantee company contacted Rell. After his first visit, we were concerned that Rell didn't understand what our heat pump problem was. Three visits and three weeks later my heat pump still wasn't functioning. I finally called my warrantee company and they fired Rell, then they allowed me to contract the work out myself with full compensation upon their approval. The new contractor and had the heat pump fixed in three days. Rell was paid $488.78 by my warrantee company for nothing, now months later hes trying to charge me $60 for a $20 temperature sensor. Not cool. DO NOT use this guy, hes unreliable and a cheat.
