I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years, called Northgate Smiles and they got me in the next day. Very professional will be coming back.

Northgate Smiles staff are very friendly. They do an excellent job with fancy up to date equipment. making your experience more enjoyable. I wish I had found them sooner.

For most people, dentists are not popular folks. Dr. Karla. E Aylen and Northgate Smiles are the "huge" exception. My experience with dentist is usually highly "transactional" in that they try to "push" products and services on to you. Dr. Aylen is the complete opposite. Their patient care is off the charts. Not only was she very personable and caring during all my procedures with included a root canal and insertion of crown, etc., but her team follow-on care was tremendous. Services were excellent and everything was explained in detail. Furthermore, the staff is very courteous and always greets guests with patience and a smile. They are knowledgeable, caring and efficient. Couple this with great state of the art equipment and you will have an excellent experience.

I called them to schedule an appointment, and they got me in that same day. When I arrived I was greeted by the nicest front desk staff. They were approachable, friendly, professional, and jovial. Not to mention the cleanliness of the office! Their lobby is modern, clean, spacious, and provides complementary tea, coffee, and water. I had not been to the dentist in over 4 years, and was expecting the cleaning to be a bit rough. I was surprised at how gentle the dentist was. She also periodically checked in with me to see how I was doing. Throughout the cleaning, they used the newest technology, which I really appreciated. I've have been to this office twice now. Every time is such a pleasure. The staff is so wonderful. They never make you feel rushed, and are always willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service and information.

I'll be honest. I use to have a huge fear of dentists. Probably some childhood trauma or something. Unfortunately such anxiety only leads to me not going to the dentist for several years. And we all know where that leads.Anyways, I originally picked Northgate Smiles because they were open on Fridays. You'd be surprised how many dental offices are not. And fortunately, dentistry has come a long way since I was a kid. I've been their customer for six or seven years now. Thanks to their understanding and excellent care, my dental anxiety has virtually disappeared.

I switched dentist last year to find an office that's closer to my house and Northgate Smiles has been fantastic! Dr. Aylen and her entire staff are very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with during my visits. Everyone at this office is very attentive and they care about their patients. I'd recommend this dentist office to anybody and I plan to continue coming here.

Northgate Smiles is a great dentist office! The front office staff is friendly, and the technicians, assistants, and the doctors are very professional and nice as well. Unlike other dentists I have visited where I felt like a number, I feel like the staff at Northgate Smiles see me as Alexa! They also have TVs in each room, so when I was getting my teeth worked on I could watch whatever I wanted so I didn't have to be paying attention to what was going on in my mouth! That is a nice touch.

I have to say that this is a fantastic place. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and they were able to keep me calm by explaining everything that they were doing in detail as well as showing me pictures of my teeth! I have to say after visiting Northgate Smiles, I felt much better about my teeth.

I get anxiety about anything dental. This office has really helped me to over come that No matter the situation, they don't judge you. They have been great about explaining options and answering any questions about procedures and billing. I love this office so much that my young daughter is now a patient. They are gentle and precise and couldn't ask for a better dental office.

All of the people who work here are awesome. It’s comfortable and inviting. They do a great job explaining what they are doing, what they would like to do, and what you REALLY should do, with no pressure. Thank you so much for helping me get back into good oral health.

The front desk at Northgate Smiles is excellent. There warm and welcoming smiles make you feel comfortable. This is customer service at its best. Cindy my dental hygienist provided such great care. I feel that I am in good hands when I go there. I would absolutely recommend them others. Dentists are are awesome. Very gentle.

I know what you’re thinking; rewarding experience and dental work is an oxymoron (the two don’t go together). But it’s true. I’ve had plenty of dental work in my 64 plus years on this earth so I know from whence I speak. I’ve even had the experience where the Dentist put his knee in my chest to extract a wisdom tooth (the tooth was wise but he wasn’t). But getting back to Northgate Smiles, from the time you walk into its waiting room there is an atmosphere of calm. The décor is not only tasteful but also reassuring. The professionalism and friendly approach of the reception staff when they greet you further adds to a comfort feeling that everything is going to be alright. Dr. Karla Aylen and her support staff made the whole process of injecting nova cane, the drilling the scraping seamless and pleasant. Did I say getting needles, drilling and scraping where pleasant? Yes I did because it was. In fact, we joked (well I mostly joked) and laughed a lot during the entire process and on both visits. They must have thought me weird to be joking like that but they made me feel so safe and comfortable. Most dentists want to get you in and out “NEXT”. But Dr. Karla and her staff made it seem as if I was the only patient for that day. She when over and over each procedure many times until she deemed it perfect. This next statement might seem politically incorrect but I will say it any way. I LIKED, NO LOVED THE FACT THAT THE ENTIRE STAFF WHERE WOMEN- HURRAH FOR THEM.Sincerely, RONALD FAUNTLEROY (Still smiling)
