      Established in 1953, B&G Machine in Seattle, service the industrial and machine markets. The company provides crankshaft services that include extensive inventory of crankshaft grinding wheels, four certified level two magnaflux technicians, latest in crankshaft polishing technology and a special grinding coolant that is constantly filtered by a three-step process. Block remanufacturing services include boring and surfacing set ups using the main line as a reference, microprocessor controls allowing movement in increments of .0001 inches, infinitely variable speeds and feed rates, expansive selection of cylinder finishing stones and portable cylinder boring equipment. Connecting rod resizing facilities include center-to-center dimension precision bored with CBN tooling and three different rod honing machines which use a combination of two honing oils, each machine compatible with 84 honing mandrels. The company also provides a tooling selection that allows 252 combinations at 12 speeds to ensure round and straight bores in all size categories.
