Too rough when filing the guy often cuts and nicks skin with electric file. Does not clean under nails or fully remove old polish.

Dont waste your time if you need a Pink & White refill. Very dissatisfied after only a couple of nails being done. The guy did not file down all of the old acrylic and when the new white was applied you could still see the old white. I pointed it out to the guys and he got mad and said, I no do your nails, so I left. That is what I call terrible customer service.

Some nail alons dont do everything they should. Of course this nail salon is one of them. They try to use other electric files they have used on previous customers. This is disgusting because fungis and other bacteria can be transferred. So if youget your nails done her make sure they change the file before they start on you, I also witnessed open soars (cuts, dried blood) on the males finger who was doing the nails. This is also unsanitary and can transmitt disease. If he happens to nick you with the file and you get a small unnoticeable cut, he can transmitt any disease he may have to you. Such as aids, hepatitis, infections, and nail fungus. If you ever had a brown develop under your fake nails, this may be the contributor to it. Just be careful with who does your nails. Its like eating off of someone elses plate without cleaning it. The open cuts really bothered me. Please be Careful.
