In our experience he first will lead u in by telling u what u want to hear. Then he will procrastinate, an make excuses as to why in the following convos he completely changes what was said could and would be done. I myself have worked in the mortgage industry an have never seen such shabby and unproductive work ethic from an employee.... Frankly he made the company look bad. This put me off to working with this company completely...
