First and foremost I'd say that this place is not shady or dangerous. The people in the shop look like they know what they're doing and the shop itself looks clean and professional. I had a simple repair and they took care of it, no problem, and not too pricey. Overall I'd say I'm satisfied and would rate this place as "good". Some areas for improvement: The receptionist is a little rough around the edges so try not to get annoyed when she speaks with you. Also, don't plan on getting in and out quickly. They're not the most efficient when it comes to managing your valuable time. But, as I said, this is a good place, nothing terrible about it from my experience.
