I would like to write about the quality work that Custom Craft does, but they have yet to work on or complete either of the projects that I have brought to them! In one instance, a small piece of body trim languished in their shop for 3 months without being touched! I was told numerous times that it was being worked on, prepped, or painted during my numerous phone conversations with them, only to find, after 3 months, that it had only accumulated dust while at their shop. In short, I was lied to, numerous times! Recently, another body panel was left at their shop for several weeks. Promise time after promise time elapsed, and, 3 week later, little work had been done on the panel. Once again, I had been told it was ready for paint and would be ready on several occasions. I cannot recommend Custom Craft. If they do quality work, I haven't seen it. They are, however, very adept at fabricating lies! Unfortunately, 'no stars' is not an option!
